Moroccan food.
Today, we went to a new Moroccan place in Boulder.
The service was slow, but we were sitting on a cushion-couch, which made the wait seem less long, and they apologized with complementary soup. Then they mixed up the dishes and brought out chicken-and-vegetable-couscous instead of lamb-and-vegetable-couscous (we didn't tell 'til we'd eaten all the vegetables, because the meat was covered in them...), so they brought out the lamb and we still got the chicken.
It was a good dinner for someone who doesn't mind slow service.
